Fluff n Fold Laundry provides laundry services to NDIS participants who choose to work with unregistered providers. Our services are designed to support daily living and help reduce the physical and time demands of managing laundry at home. We work with participants to provide simple, dependable laundry solutions.

Our laundry services

We offer a full range of laundry assistance, including:

• Washing and drying
• Folding and presentation
• Ironing on request
• Bedding and linen care
• Ongoing or casual services

Our pickup and delivery service means you don’t need to leave home to have your laundry taken care of.

NDIS access and eligibility

Fluff n Fold Laundry is an unregistered NDIS provider. Our services may be suitable for:

• Self-managed NDIS participants, and
• Plan-managed participants where unregistered providers are allowed

Laundry supports may be claimable as part of household or daily living supports, depending on your individual plan.

We recommend confirming with your Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, or the NDIA to ensure our services align with your funding.

Payments and invoicing

• Self-managed participants pay upfront and claim through the NDIS
• Plan-managed participants may request invoices be sent to their Plan Manager (subject to approval)

We provide detailed invoices to support smooth claiming.
