My experience has been excellent. I appreciate the convenience of having my laundry returned in 24 hours without having to leave my apartment. Steve has been prompt and reliable with all our appointments, and I expect I will keep using this service as long as I remain in this apartment.

I have been a patient at Melbourne Private hospital for just over 2 weeks.
The hospital doesn’t have a laundry and as you can appreciate I was ruining out of clothes very quickly. I called Monday morning early and had all of clothes back washed and ironed by 5.00 PM.
The service was excellent, prompt and excellent value for money with absolutely no stress at all.

Steve was very helpful in our recent day in Melbourne.  He was on time at the port and returned the laundry early when the ships scheduled time to depart changed. The laundry was done beautifully. He he took extra time with a stain to ensure everything was cleaned perfectly. We will definitely use this service again.

Where would I be without Steve! Picks up and drops off my washing, it smells amazing is washed and folded so perfectly. My husband said he only likes it when Fluff n Fold wash the clothes so i took it as a memo to not do the laundry anymore 🤣🤣

This brilliant service provides fabulous customer service and has 24 hour turnaround between pickup of soiled clothes and linen from our house and return of beautifully laundered and folded clean clothes, all at a reasonable price. Now that we have found this service, we have no intention of returning to doing our own laundry.

I get my laundry which consists of bedding, towels and all my clothing done every fortnight and I couldn't recommend Steve more. Picked up and delivered exactly 24 hours later, folded to perfection. Never had any issues and wouldn't go anywhere else!
